Big Horn Sheep

Arizona has some of the largest Desert Sheep in the world. Rocky Mountain sheep found in units 27 and 28 are very impressive also.

Sheep hunts are conducted using mules and spot and stalk techniques. Being drawn for a permit is slim to none, but when you are drawn, your chances of a recordbook ram are second to none.

Fully guided, one-on-one hunts are $4,000 for seven days or can be done on a daily fee. Hunts are available for unit 32 for desert sheep and 27 and 28 for Rocky Mountain sheep.
